The citizens of Indianapolis join me in extending to each member of the Indianapolis delegation of The Ameircan Legion hearty congratualtions over the wonderful achievement of securing the permanent national headquarters of The American Legion for this city. I wish to thank all the members of the Legion for selecting the Hoosier Capital as their headquarters and assure them we feel honored in having such an organization locate within the gates of no mean city. The hearty cooperation of all the citizens of Indianapolis awaits them.
