Badge commemorating the 27th National Convention held on Nov. 18-21, 1945 in Chicago, IL. The American Legion emblem and soldiers being greeted home with the inscription "Welcome Home" are on the front of the badge. The ribbon colors include blue in the center bordered by red, yellow, green, light and dark blue, and olive green.
