Badge commemorating the 19th National Convention held in 1937 in New York City, NY. The American Legion emblem and the Statue of Liberty are on the front of the badge. The back of badge has an etching of the parade scene and reads, "Up 15th Avenue again in 1937!"The ribbon colors include blue in the center bordered by red, yellow, green, light and dark blue, and olive green.
