England-bound Legionnaires (New York): The four members of the American Legion mission scheduled to leave LaGuardia field, New York, tomorrow, February 5, by trans-Atlantic clipper for England where they'll study civilian defense efforts look over a map of the embattled nation at the Hotel New Yorker. Let to right: Franklin D'Olier, Morristown, New Jersey, Past National Commander of The American Legion ; Milo J. Warner, Toledo, Ohio, National Commander of the Legion ; Major General Frank Parker, U.S. Army, retired, member of the National Executive Committee ; and Joseph S. Deutschle, aide to Commander Warner. The mission has the approval of the State Department of the United States Government, but has no official status other than its association with the national organization of The American Legion, February, 1941.
